Then AMRAP
18 DB deadlifts
12 DB thrusters
6 burpee box jumps 24/20"
(RX 2x15/10kg | RX+ 2x22.5/15)
 
*score is number of rounds + reps across all 4 AMRAPs
*after buy in, start where previous AMRAP left off
