Anybody Can Do It!

When I heard about CrossFit, I didn’t think I’d be able to do it. I’d never lifted a weight in my life and I’d just been through two rounds of foot surgery. I saw what my family had achieved at CrossFit and decided to give it a go.

I made the coaches aware of my limits and they adapted everything to my ability until I felt comfortable trying more.

Four years on, I can’t believe how far I’ve come! When I say ANYBODY can do CrossFit, I mean it! I was in the worst shape of my life and knew I needed to make a change. I’ve achieved everything I wanted and more. I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in and I LOVE going to the gym for my daily workout.

I Found a Family!

Since starting at CrossFit Pendle, I’ve gained so many friends and really feel like I’ve got a new family. Everyone is so helpful and friendly.

The coaches are really amazing and will encourage you in any way they can. You don’t ever need to feel scared of asking if you don’t understand. Just ask, and they will help & explain.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I’ve never felt part of something before like I do at CrossFit and I am the fittest and healthiest I have ever been.

Motivating!

Ever since I joined Pendle CrossFit, my view on traditional gyms has completely changed…I don’t think I could go back to a mainstream gym.

From the day I joined, I felt part of the community…I was hooked from the very first class. The WODs are designed for all level of ability, the coaches are helpful and very experienced in providing positive and constructive feedback.

I believe that surrounding yourself with a positive and motivating community is the key to a healthy lifestyle. CrossFit Pendle certainly provides this!

I Feel Amazing!

I absolutely love this place. It makes me feel amazing both physically and mentally. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Mike and the team are so helpful and really help you to reach your potential.

I remember being so scared the first time I walked in thinking I’d never master half of the techniques but the coaches explained everything and helped scale things down until I was ready to do more.

This place has become my own little therapy base which makes me feel amazing every time I finish a session.

The Place for You!

The best thing about Pendle CrossFit is the level of coaching you receive. I have never experienced this level of care for members in any other gym I’ve been to.

When I joined, I had let my diet slip and although I was training, I’d put some unwanted weight back on. The coaches helped me get my diet back on track and now I’m two stone lighter and feel all the better for it – especially after classes!

I would highly recommend Pendle CrossFit to anyone – young, old, fit or couch potato – this is the place for you!

You Will Get Results!

When I started CrossFit over four years ago I was recovering from a knee injury. The coaches were fantastic and made sure  everything was adapted to my needs.

I have seen massive improvements in my personal fitness levels by combining my CrossFit workouts with the InBodyLab nutrition programme. If you put the effort in you will get the results. There’s loads of different types of classes and lots of class times to suit everyone. The variety of workouts is second to none.

Great Coaches!

Brilliant place to work out…I started at Crossfit Pendle after attaining a stress fracture and gaining quite a bit of weight, but I was soon able to get back in shape and rehab back to a good level of fitness.

The coaches are great and the community is amazing! It’s great fun – I feel able to adapt my workouts to my own level and still push myself to achieve the results I want! I actually look forward to going to the gym each day!!
