Hyrox – The Fitness Race Taking the World by Storm

Whether you’re training for a race or just want a clear goal to work towards, you don’t need to be an athlete to start. You just need to show up!
What You’ll Do In Our Classes
Each Hyrox class runs for one hour, with a 40-minute workout between warm-up and cool-down. Workouts combine different Hyrox movements in varied ways—so you might do a mix of running, rowing, and sled pushes one day, then wall balls, farmers carries, and SkiErg work the next.
You won’t do the full race format every session. Instead, our programming builds your fitness progressively using the movements you’d face in the official Hyrox competition:
Running & Cardio
Building the stamina to keep going when it gets tough. In Hyrox, your running fitness is the thread that ties everything together — it connects every station and determines how well you perform across the full event. Our running sessions are designed to build aerobic efficiency and teach you to maintain good form and pace under fatigue.
SkiErg & Rowing
Full-body cardio that develops power and endurance. The SkiErg and rower demand everything from your upper body, core, and lungs simultaneously. We use these machines to build the kind of aerobic capacity that makes the hardest moments of race day feel manageable.
Sled Push & Pull
Raw strength and mental grit as you move heavy loads. There’s nowhere to hide on the sled — it either moves or it doesn’t. Training with the sled builds functional lower body strength and teaches you to stay composed under real physical pressure, which is exactly what Hyrox demands.
Burpee Broad Jumps
Explosive movement that builds conditioning fast. Burpee broad jumps are one of the most brutal stations in Hyrox for a reason. They combine full-body effort with forward drive, placing high demands on coordination and power. We train this movement to build efficiency and consistency, so that fatigue has less impact on your performance when it counts.
Farmers Carry
Grip strength and core stability under load. The farmers carry develops the kind of functional strength that transfers directly to Hyrox performance — grip endurance, postural control, and the ability to move efficiently while carrying significant load over distance.
Sandbag Lunges
Leg strength and balance with functional movement. A loaded sandbag across your shoulders changes everything. Your legs, hips, and core have to work together to keep you steady and moving forward — skills that carry directly into race day performance and everyday resilience.
Wall Balls
Lower body power combined with coordination. Each rep requires a strong, controlled squat followed by an explosive drive to deliver the ball accurately and consistently. We train wall balls to build sustained power output and reinforce the kind of repeatable athleticism that Hyrox rewards.
