Your free intro session is a chance to take a look around and find out what CrossFit is really all about.

  • You’ll join a small group of beginners who – just like you – are probably stepping foot in the CrossFit box for the first time.
  • We’ll start with a gentle warm-up and more basic CrossFit movements, followed by an introduction to olympic lifting and an eight-minute taster workout to finish.
  • We run intro sessions away from the main classes, so there’s no pressure to impress. And best of all, it’s free, so you’ve nothing to lose except love handles.
