I’d already been working in health and fitness for 20 years when I first discovered CrossFit in 2018.

It opened a new door and gave me a new focus on my fitness journey. As a father of two young children, finding time to stay fit and healthy was hard, but being part of a community and an all-inclusive programme helped me get in the best physical shape I’ve ever been in.

I became a coach at Crossfit Pendle because I wanted to help people do the same.

I’ve taught many aspects of fitness over the years, but I firmly believe that nothing beats CrossFit for achieving incredible and surprising results.

My aim as a coach is to make sure our members have the best hour of their day and leave each workout feeling happy and motivated.
